Our Shipping Promise

Every WuduGo order is prepared with the same care that goes into designing our products.

Our goal is simple: deliver your order safely, efficiently, and keep you informed every step of the way.


1. Shipping Destinations

Shopify Store

WuduGo currently ships to most countries worldwide where shipping is legally permitted.

Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations, customs requirements, and courier services.


Amazon Orders

Products purchased through Amazon are shipped according to the policies and logistics of the respective Amazon marketplace.

At launch, Amazon sales will initially be available in Germany.


2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within:

2–3 business days

Business days exclude:

  • Saturdays
  • Sundays
  • UAE public holidays

Orders placed during major promotions, holidays, or exceptional circumstances may require additional processing time.


3. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your order summary
  • Shipment confirmation
  • Tracking number (where available)
  • Courier information

You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


5. Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT or GST
  • Local taxes

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Unfortunately, WuduGo has no control over these charges.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at:

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.

Once a shipment has left our warehouse, address changes may no longer be possible.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address.


7. Lost Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Our team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may:

  • Replace your order
  • Issue a refund
  • Offer another appropriate solution

8. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged product
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging (if possible)

9. Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted logistics partners, delays occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Industrial action
  • Force majeure events

We appreciate your patience and will do everything reasonably possible to assist you.


10. Undeliverable Orders

If a shipment is returned because:

  • The delivery address was incorrect
  • The parcel was unclaimed
  • Delivery attempts were unsuccessful
  • Customs clearance was refused

additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


11. Force Majeure

WuduGo shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Fires
  • Pandemics
  • Government actions
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Labour disputes
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Supplier shortages
